The Austintown Little Falcons have been a successful organization for over 40 years and that is due to our parents and the time they invest to volunteer. We need our parents to help each week at practices and especially on game days when we are hosting the games on our home field.

Our organization is a nonprofit group which operates solely on the time and effort of volunteers. Therefore, all parents/guardians are required to volunteer for a minimum of 2-3 home games and 2-3 days at the practice field, and various events. The amount of time required to volunteer is based on how many home games and events are held throughout the year. We will have sign up sheets available as the schedule is made and events are planned. We encourage you to sign up early to get your first choice. Parents/guardians who do not sign up will be put in a drawing and assigned their volunteer days, times and events. You will be required to work your shift or get a sub for your spot. Many hands make light work.

Thank you for your support! It’s a great day to be a Falcon!
